The national FM market is estimated at around USD 4.15 billion in 2025. In terms of service-mix, “hard services” (such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire-safety and other technical maintenance) dominate the Philippine market, accounting for approximately 63.9% of the market share in 2024.
