Facilities Management Congress Philippines | 10th - 12th November 2026 | Manila, Philippines

OVERVIEW

As the Philippines steadily urbanises and modernises its built environment, demand for efficient, technology-enabled facilities management (FM) services is clearly rising. The national FM market is estimated at around USD 4.15 billion in 2025. With infrastructure investments and corporate growth across a range of asset types, there is an expanding opportunity for FM providers that can combine traditional operations and maintenance with strategic digital and sustainability capabilities.

In terms of service-mix, “hard services” (such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire-safety and other technical maintenance) dominate the Philippine market, accounting for approximately 63.9% of the market share in 2024. Meanwhile, “soft services” (cleaning, landscaping, security, janitorial) are becoming more significant as organisations broaden their scope of facility-delivery and occupant-experience responsibilities. Outsourcing models are also increasingly preferred; this shift is supported by skills shortages, evolving client expectations and the push for integrated service models.

Looking ahead, the FM sector in the Philippines is positioned to support the country’s evolving infrastructure, commercial and institutional landscapes. Regions beyond the main urban centres (such as Metro Manila) are gaining momentum, broadening the geographic reach of FM services. For instance, new demand is emerging in the Visayas and Mindanao. Given the scale of opportunity and the growing complexity of facility operations, FM is becoming a more strategic discipline—supporting resilience, operational efficiency, sustainability and digital transformation across the built-asset base.

The Facilities Management Congress by Trueventus will bring together the industry’s leaders and innovators to share strategies, foster collaboration, and explore solutions that will define the next era of FM excellence in the Philippines. Attendees will gain critical insights into emerging technologies, sustainability practices, and operational best practices, equipping them to drive efficiency, resilience, and long-term value across the nation’s built environment.
